Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By ordering from TRINAYA, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

TRINAYA is owned and operated by TARA & Co., registered in Amreli, Gujarat, India. Our registered address is No. 25–26, Nagnath Complex, Nagnath Road, Amreli, Gujarat 365601, India. For all customer queries, write to hello@trinayashop.com.

2. Handcrafted nature of our products

Every piece we make is produced by hand using traditional craft techniques, including block printing, natural dyeing, and manual finishing. Because of this:

Minor variations in print alignment, colour saturation, and pattern density are a natural result of the hand-block printing process, not defects.
Natural dyes may exhibit slight shade variations across batches.
Colors may appear slightly different on your screen than in person due to screen calibration and lighting.

We believe these variations are part of the beauty of handmade objects, but if a product arrives genuinely defective, please see our Refund Policy below.

3. Pricing and payment

All product prices shown on TRINAYA are inclusive of GST and applicable taxes. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or your selected local/international currency (USD, GBP, SGD, AUD).

Payment is processed at the time of placing an order. We accept credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods supported by our checkout providers (Razorpay and Stripe).

4. Shipping and delivery

India

Standard Shipping: Free shipping across India on orders above ₹899.
Delivery timeframe: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India via tracked courier services.

International

Worldwide Shipping: Available to over 30 countries via express air courier.
Delivery timeframe: 7–14 business days via express air courier.
Customs & Duties: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — all taxes and customs duties are included at checkout with no additional fees on delivery.

5. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched (whichever is earlier), for a full refund. Write to hello@trinayashop.com with your order number.

Returns within 7 days

You may return an unused, unwashed item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund. To initiate a return, email us at hello@trinayashop.com.

Return shipping costs within India are borne by TRINAYA if the return is due to a defect or error on our part. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

Items that have been washed, used, or damaged by the customer

All content on this website — including text, logos, photographs, patterns, illustrations, and design — is the property of TARA & Co. and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any material without our written permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amreli / Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
